My dear Mr. Rosensohn

It has occurred to me that you would not be averse to having New York Law Review publish an article on the Scopes case. If you are not already familiar with the Review the enclosed card bearing the names of its Advisory Council will give you some idea of its standing

A contribution in the Review would attract wide attention and reach many lawyers not only locally but elsewhere, as many law libraries throughout the country are among our subscribers. If you would prepare or have prepared a paper outlining the case we would be pleased to publish it. Should we receive your manuscript within the next ten days it would be in time for the July issue, which will appear the first of that month
